1. License Grant

Subject to the terms below, Nik Soft Designs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Nik Teacher on a single Windows PC for personal, non-commercial educational use.

2. Trial Period

The software may be evaluated free of charge for 7 (seven) calendar days from first launch. After the trial period, a paid licence key is required to continue using AI features.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Nik Teacher to:

• • Support your child's or your own academic learning.
• • Generate and export progress reports for personal use.
• • Configure AI API keys for the provided providers.

4. Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• • Redistribute, resell or sublicence the software.
• • Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the source code for commercial purposes.
• • Use the software to generate content for commercial AI training datasets.
• • Share your licence key with others.
• • Attempt to circumvent the licence verification system.

All source code, UI design, curriculum data and documentation are the intellectual property of Nik Soft Designs LLC © 2024–2025. All rights reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated questions are for practice only and are not official examination papers. Always verify critical information with your teacher or official study material.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nik Soft Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
